released 1955 // 1st pressing // not a reissue  
Blue Note Records / BLP 1520 mono  blue & white label reads: "767 Lexington Ave, NYC" "Van Gelder" printed in deadwax "ear" imprinted in deadwax
  

COVER: VG_

  cover in fair shape (5 inch bottom seam split)

there is definite water damage to bottom corner 

(LP probably stored in damp basement for a period of time)

yellowing & light staining on back cover

VINYL: VG

        classic VG condition: vinyl far from perfect -- many scuffs & light marks on both sides of vinyl 

VINYL plays with LOW LEVEL surface noise (i.e, some static, crackle). Mostly subsumed by the music. I think the vinyl plays well.
