This looks to be a 1957 issue of Here's Little Richard, SP-2100, also known as a reissue or 2nd issue on the Black and Gold Labels because that first pressing sold so well.
I believe it is Mono - there is no marking to Stereo or Mono anywhere.
The Cover is VG to VG - only because there is minor water damage on the lower right, I didn't even notice it at first.  I think it looks worse in the picture attached.
The Vinyl it VG++ to NM!  Looks barely played to unplayed.
