Description

SETTLE IN FOR A LONG RUN OF COLLECTABLE LPs OF VARIOUS MUSICALS STYLES.  This is a reasonably priced ORIGINAL 1970s STUDIO 1 JAMAICA PRESSING OF THE 1960s ERA COXSONE RECORDS JAMAICA LP titled 'The Heptones On Top', their second LP containing twelve tracks from rock steady pioneers The Heptones.  It is Studio 1 Records catalog number SO LP 0016.  Studio 1 Records labels are yellow with the large red '1' and black print, distribution by Studio 1 Records of Brooklyn NY.  Tracks: Equal Rights, Pure Sorrow, Heptones Gonna Fight, I Hold The Handle, My Baby Is Gone, Soul Power, Take Me Darling, We Are In The Mood, Sea Of Love, Pretty Looks Isn't All, Party TIme, I Love You.  Condition of record is a real nice VG++ with a very few light surface marks which cannot be felt and do not affect play.  Labels have no real problems.  Condition of cover is VG+ with the original shrinkwrap torn in a couple of spots but still surrounding the cover, and with some ring and contact wear and some wear along the open edge and on the corners on the open edge.  Cover has no splits, tears, writing, or stickers.  This LP would be a nice addition to any early rock steady or reggae record collection!  Winning bidder pays $3.50 media mail postage or actual priority mail postage within the U.S. I WILL SHIP WORLDWIDE - Uninsured first class international airmail postage to the UK or anyplace in Europe EXCEPT FOR GERMANY is $14.50 - PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO THE GERMAN POST AND CUSTOMS CONTINUING FAILURE TO DELIVER MY PACKAGES, I AM FORCED TO ADD AN ADDITIONAL $11.50 TO COVER REGISTERED POSTAGE WITH TRACKING AND SIGNATURE DELIVERY TO ALL SHIPMENTS GOING TO GERMANY.  I APOLOGIZE FOR THIS, BUT I CANNOT CONTINUE TO LOSE MONEY AND HAVE MY EBAY REPUTATION DAMAGED BY THE GERMAN POST AND CUSTOMS' INABILITY TO DELIVER MY PACKAGES.   Please e-mail me for postage rates to other areas outside the U.S. WINNING BIDDER PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH - IT PROBABLY WILL NOT GET HERE!
