Rare Original 1969 US Mono promo pressing (DJ promo stamp on back) in great condition, record play EX with few slight marks, cover has light shelf/ring on front, some edges and corners wear, few pieces of black tape to cover or avoid some wear on top seam, 4cm tiny split on middle of lower seam and lower corners covered by transparent tape, some stain and foxing and one pen writing on back of sleeve..
