OBSCURE BRITISH progressive rock band formed from the ashes of Rare Bird (Mark Ashton on lead vocals and guitar) and Atomic Rooster (Steve Bolton on guitar) with Jeff Beck bassist Phil Chen and drummer Chili Charles. Music is solid British style mid seventies hard prog rock with good melodic songs and smooth vocals. Quite an obscurity considering the talent invloved. Sadly the band failed to generate much excitement let alone sales despite the quality of the music. If you've never heard them I can really reccommend this album.

This was the first of only two albums before leader Mark Ashton split to go solo.

Beautiful copy and VERY rare. I've seen more Leafhound's than this album!

This auction is part of a fantastic collection of seventies rock which I was lucky enough to acquire. Most of these records were stored with the utmost care and sparsely played. Some were possibly never played or may have been for just a handful of times.

Cover: No visible signs of use. Issued in a beautifully designed gatefold cover - retains full gloss. Sharp corners, no dings, no bends, no ring wear, no split seams and no creases. Spine is stiff, square and totally uncrushed. Impossible to find like this after 44 years. Grades as shop fresh MINT!
