Description
Haizea: "Hontz Gaua" 1979, Spain/Xoxoa 11.105. Disc looks unplayed, it's been stored in a poly-lined inner sleeve that left some shiny patterns on the disc, it plays flawlessly, it gets a M- grade. Laminated gatefold cover is also in lovely condition with no splits and no creases, some light horizontal indentations can be seen if you tilt it to the light at a certain angle, these may well have been created during manufacture, this is strong EX to M-. TOP COPY of this fantastic Spanish progressive electric folk LP! This one rivals the best of the early 70s UK stuff, aside from the language I'd file the tracks on side one right alongside Spirogyra. Their female vocalist has an absolutely stunning voice that soars all over the music. The flipside is a long suite with a creepy atmosphere that recalls Circus 2000's "An Escape From A Box" LP. This is an incredibly rare album; it's as impossible to get out of Spain as Pan & Regaliz on Dimension or the Los Salvajes LP.
