Up for your review is the ORIGINAL Guns N' Roses landmark debut album 'Appetite For Destruction' which features the 'Banned' cover. We purchased this LP NEW at Tower Records (Sunset Strip) - Los Angeles in 1987! These albums were pulled from Record Store shelves shortly after their release due to the 'objectionable' rape scene cover and were re-issued with the popular "cross" cover. 
We have kept this album in both a plastic album sleeve and an extra thick laserdisc sleeve to help protect it (these will accompany the album). The album has the original parental advisory sticker - unlike the one we know today. The album was released on the Geffen label and is catalog number XXXG 24148 - which is the designation of the initial release. 
Even though this LP is approaching it's 27th birthday - it is still Brand New and Factory Sealed - has never been played and has not been through a number of owners hands. This original album would make a wonderful addition to any G n' R collection or would make a great gift! Thank you for your interest!

This album has been stored in climate controlled setting with NO smoking/Pets.
