Original banned sleeve of Appetite For Destruction by Guns n Roses on Geffen Records 1987. Original inner sleeve. Record in excellent condition, sleeve looks good but on closer inspection some fool has  used it to write a letter (or something)leaving an inprint detectable in a certain light
