I am a collector of almost exclusively jazz records, and every so often I sell a few dozen to help thin the herd or afford other titles for my own collection.  I take care to describe the condition of every item to the best of my ability, and will note the presence of different signifiers to help you determine whether an item is an original pressing or a reissue.
Description:   Original mono pressing with NY labels, van gelder and ear stamps
Vinyl Condition:  G+ covered in marks, a couple of small ones are lightly feelable, one skip on Side 1.
I play-graded this in full due to rarity and interest, so here are my notes:
Side 1, the title track has many tics, pops and crackle especially at the beginning.  The music is still strong and not overpowered by the condition issues.  The level of crackle and disruption varies, with a cluster of marks impacting the track in certain places more than others.  There is 1 skip toward the end of Pearson's piano solo right before Henderson comes in for his solo.  The best parts of the track are when either Green or Henderson are playing, who really shine despite the persistent condition issues. Track 2 is generally a louder track and therefore sounds much better and is quite dynamic, even closer to VG perhaps.
Side 2: again starts out with more noise in the form of moderate to high crackle, and this is probably the most problematic area of the whole record despite no additional skips. Django gets pretty noisy and probably plays closer to G until Green enters and covers for most of the noise with his guitar which still manages to sound decent. In between tracks, it reminds you this record is really not in great shape, with lots of crackle.  On Nomad, Henderson again sounds surprisingly good and you sort of forget there are condition issues in places. Overall, Hutcherson, Green and Henderson sound good for the most part, and sound better on loud tracks than soft ones, but make no mistake, this is still a G+ sounding record.
Cover Condition:  VG- top seam is fully split, bottom seam has a 6" split, side seam is fine.  Tape remnants on back. Still presents fairly well.

My packaging process:
I pack vinyl records well to reduce the chance of damage in transit.  This entails first ensuring that all vinyl records have inner sleeves and outer sleeves, and that records are removed from the jacket and placed behind the jacket for shipping to reduce the potential for seam splits (obviously not including sealed items).  I use at least 2 cardboard inners, one on either side of each record, to help protect the item and to ensure sturdiness of the package.  Every record is shipped inside a record mailer, with the max of 3 records inside any individual mailer.  If there are more than 3 records in your shipment, I use an appropriately sized box to ensure contents don't shift.  If items are used, I run them through a VPI cleaner to reduce dust and dirt to help ensure items are in great playing condition upon arrival.
My shipping process:
I offer combined shipping for domestic orders. For media mail, it's the base rate ($4.35 currently) for the first LP, and $1 for each additional LP.  Priority Mail rates are based on total weight.  I often ship immediately, but always within two business days of payment.
International orders shipped via the eBay International Shipping Program, and ebay manages the invoicing process on my behalf.
