Description

Absolutely stunning mono first pressing of this McCoy Tyner classic, which almost never shows up in Mono, let alone one in such superb condition. LP features “Van Gelder” stamped into dead wax and Liberty Records, Inc. printed on labels. Album cover has 43 West 61st Street,New York, NY 10023 address.

Vinyl: VG++. Vinyl is immaculate with high gloss and perfectly intact and clean labels. Since there are two scratches, which are cosmetic only and do not affect sound at all, I would rate this a VG++ for visual and EX for play.No skips, pops, or clicks or clicks. Stunning RVG production shining throughout. Just gorgeous. See photos for details.

 

Cover: NM-. I have rarely seen a copy of a 1960s LP with such a beautifully preserved cover. Except for a tiny wrinkle on the spine and the barest hint of smudge on the lower part of the front cover, the LP looks like it was printed yesterday. Simply stunning matte cover. LP will come in protective Mobile Fidelity archive-quality sleeve. Cover will come in thick vinyl protective sleeve.
