Description
GEORGE RUSSELL - THE JAZZ WORKSHOP, RCA Victor LPM-1372, deep groove pressing, original 1956 release.
The musicians on this 1956 classic are Art Farmer (trumpet), Hal McKusick (alto sax, flute), Bill Evans (piano), Barry Galbraith (guitar), Milt Hinton, Teddy Kotick (bass), Joe Harris, Paul Motian, Osie Johnson (drums, wood drums), George Russell (chromatic drums).The tunes are Ye Hypocrite Ye Beelzebub, Jack's Blues, Livingstone I Presume, Ezz-thetic, Night Sound, Round Johnny Rondo, Fellow delegates, Witch Hunt, The Sad Sergeant, Knights of the Steamtable, Ballad of the Blewitt, Concerto For Billy the Kid.
Condition of record is E, a few very light scuffs, no scratches, a few spindle marks. Jacket shows slight overall wear, top and bottom seams are repaired with clear tape.

M = Mint. Brand new, unplayed. We never use the term "mint" to describe a used record, no matter how clean the record is.
E = Excellent. Some evidence of having been played, with no audible defect. Shiny surface, no groove wear.
V = Very Good. Noticeable wear, visual and audible. Records with slight surface noise and/or scuffs fall into this category.
G = Good. Not really all that good. Records in this category have more significant damage or wear.
F = More severe damage, distracting surface noise. Only used in incidence of extreme rarity.
P = Poor condition, proves existence of record only.

We think that most buyers want to receive their winnings quickly, so we offer the fastest mail options and we pack our records very carefully in heavy duty mailers. Shipments are made on Saturday and Tuesday mornings. Records which have been paid for by 3:00 PM on the day before will be shipped on those days.
Postage within US $4.00 Media Mail, $9.00 Priority Mail (includes delivery confirmation & tracking).
Canada $12.00 First Class Mail International;
Overseas (Europe, Asia, Australia, Africa, South America) $20.00 First Class Mail International.
If you require any additional services such as insurance, registered mail or Priority Mail (for overseas customers), the costs will be your responsibility. Do not assume that we will pay for these services.
