Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and Military Bases must be shipped by Priority Mail

You can add up to three additional items and the shipping rate would remain the same ($5).  Add $1 for each item afterwards.

Combined Priority Mail , please add an additional $2 for each item.

Liability & Insurance 

Insurance is available as an option for MEDIA MAIL, PRIORITY, and International Airmail.  Please contact us to inquire cost.  Insurance is HIGHLY recommended for items over $100.  Cost for insurance will vary depending on the final bid of the item(s). 

WE ARE NOT OR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY UNINSURED ITEM LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT.
But if insurance is obtained we will assist you in any way possible to locate or expedite claim.

International bidders:  Insurance for International shipping is MANDATORY for items over $150.   However, insurance is not mandatory for items under $150 as it requires the Air Parcel Post rate, which can be expensive.  Contact us after the auction and we will calculate the total cost of shipping and insurance for you to your country.

 Packaging & Shipping

Please be confident in our secure packaging & quick shipping.  We ship Monday through Friday and if we receive payment by 12 noon PST, we will try to ship out that day. In the event that payment is received in the afternoon, we will do our best to get it shipped out the next day. 

We know that bidders want their items ASAP, and we appreciate your fast payment by getting your item shipped out quickly. Our auction listings usually end on Saturdays or Sundays, which is perfect to get it shipped out on Monday. So if you opt for the recommended Priority mail, you could receive your item by mid week.

Also we take great pride in our well packaged parcels. We go to great lengths to insure that your item will reach you securely with our bomb-proof packaging.  And again if you opt for Priority Mail, it would seem to have been teleported (You blink and it's there). Check our feedback and you'll see that our excellent packaging & fast shipping are heralded.

Terms Of Sale

We are an open store with over ten years experience selling collectible records in Southern California. We go to an extensive length to describe items in the most accurate manner possible. Please review all details of item description and condition carefully before you bid. You are guaranteed to receive item as described within the auction description otherwise all sales are final. Justifiable returns are fully refundable minus shipping cost.

Bid Retractions: Please consider: If you retract a bid you may be subject to being blocked from future bidding on our items.

Factory Sealed Records: Please Note: Factory Sealed original issue records are not eligible for returns if opened. If there is any question in the buyers mind about it's legitimacy upon receiving, the item may be returned only if unopened.

Communication / Payment: If you are the winning bidder, we must have contact with you within five (5) days of close of auction. We must receive payment within ten (10) days of auction closing (unless you communicate other arrangements with us). If we do not receive payment or communication within ten days, the transaction is considered VOIDED, a non-paying bidder report will be filed with ebay, and the non-paying bidder will be blocked from future auctions. Please be a responsible bidder.

Payment Methods / Shipping: Please be aware of our payment methods and shipping. We offer a practical array of options that are convenient. Please refrain from requesting other options or methods.

PAYMENT METHODS: We prefer payment though PAYPAL. We also accept VISA & MASTERCARD directly.  We DO NOT accept personal checks.  ALL forms of payment must be denominated in US$.
