Dwarf, I Won't Be Back b/w Gotta Get Louder. Now legendary 1975 single by these high school freshmen from downriver Detroit, both sides are great--I Won't Be Back anticipates punk more than the powerpop-ish flip, but both are little rock and roll gems that have gotten a lot of well-deserved attention (and been reissued by Sing Sing) in the last few years. Very rare, this copy (like all of them, as far as I can tell) is pressed a little off center. Both sides have full shine, but also some scratches. I Won't Be Back looks VG, Gotta Get Louder looks VG- because of some scuffs that don't sound. There are periodic ticks on both sides (worst of it is during the first part of the guitar solo on Louder), as you can hear in the samples. But it's a very serviceable record, not junk, and rarely turns up. If this 45 is new to you, there's a lot of good info about it if you just Google the band name and one of the titles.
GRADING
M- A flawless or nearly flawless record that appears to have seen little or no play.
VG+ Full gloss, some light marks. A very, very attractive record that has seen limited play and has been well cared for.
VG More marks and scratches, will have some surface noise, but still a playable record. Scratches may be fairly numerous, but will be light.
VG- Lots of marks and scratches but no gouges or major problems.
G+ and G Heavy wear and marks, plays through okay.
