This is GUNS N ROSES Lies LP RARE 1st PRESS 1988 Columbia Record Club release with "Columbia House" written in small print on side of back cover.  Vinyl is clean Near Mint and cover in nice shape with shrink.  Comes with original nude picture sleeve that is in nice shape!!   Very hard to find, especially in such nice shape!!
