GUNS N' ROSES Appetite For Destruction - Withdrawn Banned Sleeve Vinyl LP WX125
I believe this is a first pressing, but am not an expert, so could be wrong.  This is from my own private collection. 924 148-1
I no longer have a record player, so haven't been able to play it through to test, so the gradings are from my visual inspection.  I couldn't see any scratches on either side of the vinyl and the outer and inner lyric/picture sleeve look really good condition to me.
