This is the original 1987 pressing… the first full album from GbV. Personal copy, from back when I taped a new album, then put it away (1 or 2 plays)

Schwa / ? Records, gbv 0001, 12”, 14 track LP; only 300 copies pressed; front cover signed by Robert Pollard and Mitch Mitchell

Vinyl is Excellent Minus; very glossy, with minimal scuffing, however, there are a few slight manufacturing defects: SIDE 1: there is a small, white defect between tracks 1 & 2, which is just barely audible in the last second of track one, then presents two “tics” before track two starts; there is also a very tiny, -inaudible- white defect / dimple in the middle of track 5; SIDE 2: track 2 has a small white defect near the end that presents two small “tics” in the track and 2 more before the start of track 3; there is a very faint defect near the end of track 4 that presents two very faint "tics"; there is a small, audible defect near the very end of track 5 that ends before track 6; no spindle marks on label

Cover is EXcellent; all corners are sharp, with a tiny rub on the lower right corner.

If you know this band, you know what this is. This record doesn’t come along very often. Please bid accordingly.
