Guided By Voices fans you will never find another one of these. This original 1986 album was owned by Jim Pollard and was purchased by me in the mid 2000's for the "Help a Brother Out Auction" here on Ebay.
Jim had lost his job and both him and Bob auctioned off some rare items owned by the both of them. This was Jim's copy and it is signed by Jim Pollard and Robert Pollard.
This is a holy grail for the GBV fan! The album was their first and is in beautiful condition! You will never find another one like this!

Grading Scale:

(M) Mint condition, being a perfect record or cover, vinyl is glossy, no marks or damage. May still be in shrink or unopened. Rare!

(NM) Very clean and glossy vinyl, low play with only a few light surface scuffs, usually from removing the record. Cover is clean with no damage but can be seen to have light use or aging.

(EX) Again, very clean and glossy vinyl, may have some dust or smudges, low play with minimal surface noise, with only a few light surface scratches and scuffs that don't effect play. Cover is clean but may have some edge wear, beginnings of light ring wear or light creases from use or storage.

(VG+) Multiple light surface scratches and or scuffs on vinyl that don't effect play. Still has vinyl gloss with minimal to moderate surface noise. Cover may have moderate surface wear or edge wear.

(VG) Vinyl looks a bit worn and may have some dulling, deeper surface scratches, no severe damage though, still plays through with surface noise and possible pops. Cover may have some fading, stains, tears or seam splits.

(G) Looks and plays very rough. May have multiple scratches, warping, scuffs, vinyl anomalies or skips. A place holder in your collection. A guilt free party record! Extreme damage to cover may include holes not from promotional use, stickers not from promotional use, cutting not from promotional use and excessive writing if it's more than the just the name of former owner.
