Description
THIS WAS AN HOUR LONG RADIO SHOW FOR COMEDIAN ROBERT KLEIN. THIS WAS FROM 12/27/1981 AND FEATURED INTERVIEWS WITH GREG ALLMAN AND ROAD MANAGER PACO, ALONG WITH TWO MUSICAL PERFORMANCES. ALSO INCLUDES INTERVIEW AND PERFORMANCES OF FORMER NITTY GRITTY DIRT BAND BANJO PLAYER JOHN MCEUEN, WHO HAD RECORDED A SOLO ALBUM. I DON'T KNOW WHAT MCEUEN PLAYED LIVE BUT ALLMAN PLAYED BOTH MELISSA AND COME & GO BLUES (as it was written and not as the Allman Brothers recorded it). PERFORMANCE WAS SOLO WITH AN ACOUSTIC GUITAR ONLY.
Please note that, although the record labels read "The Allman Brothers", it is Greg Allman only
VINYL DOES HAVE SOME SURFACE TICKS BUT NO CUTS IN THE VINYL OR SKIPS OR ANYTHING. THERE IS DUST IN THE GROOVES AND A GOOD CLEANING MIGHT HELP OUT. This is a one and done. Either it sells or does not. This came with no outer sleeve. This is just two records in plain white sleeves, with only three of the four sides recorded. Side C has the two Greg Allman songs. Side B has a few scuffs but no deep scratches. There is definitely dust in the grooves.
