The power trio Grand Funk Railroad were formed in 1968 in Flint, Michigan and of the 8 albums they released between 1969/72, 5 went platinum and 3 went gold.
Band members were Mark Farner, Don Brewer & Mel Schacher.
All tracks are written by Mark Farner with the picks being, "Are you ready" & "Into the sun" (which were to become the mainstays of their live shows throughout the 70's), & the bluesy "Time machine".
Other tracks are:-Anybody's Answer, High On A Horse, T.N.U.C., Heartbreaker, Call Yourself A Man, Can't Be Too Long & Ups And Downs.
The vinyl plays VG+.
Grading - cover/vinyl VG/EX Thick US card sleeve has some pen marks on rear but is otherwise sound for its 43 years with no splits and no cut out. Vinyl is very clean including labels.
Nice copy of excellent Boogie Rock Album which is becoming difficult to find in this condition.
