Welcome to our next ebay auction featuring this amazing album by Grachan Moncur II and Lee Morgan on trumpet, Jackie McLean on alto sax, Bobby Hutcherson on the vibes, Bob Crenshaw on Bass and Anthony Williams on drums. This was released in 1953 on the Blue Note label # 4153 it features the NYC USA label with the ear and is stamped Van Gelder. The cover is in exc. condition save for a small hole in the upper right hand corner. It goes through to the other side but it is a small hole. Other than that, the cover is in excellent condition with no splits in the seams or spine. If the hole weren't there, I would rate this cover NM, but as it stands I will give it a VG+. The vinyl is in exc. condition with no skips or scratches, just the usual popping in the undertones which are hardly discernible. Please view the photos closely. They show what you will receive.
