Side 2 "Darling My Heart Longs To Greet You". Both sung in German VG over all
All 78s have been visually inspected for damage AND play tested (using a' lightweight' period electrical pickup or in some cases a soft tone steel needle if more appropriate). N.B. I do not clean records unless they are very badly soiled, so you may well find the records are in even better condition than described once they have been cleaned. The sleeve provided may not be in good condition or matching the disc unless stated.
78s will be sent in a special protective package, multiple discs will be double boxed where possible/appropriate. I have not had any known breakages so far!
Please check my other items for sale, but I will not hold multiple lots of 78s for buyers indefinitely, I will list for 2-3 weeks every month and then pause for 1-2 weeks depending on circumstances, my current listing phase will end Sunday March 28. I respectfully request that buyers pay for their won lots at the end of the listing phase if they are waiting for items to combine purchases. I am happy to combine records to save postage for buyers, however please remember that once a certain weight is exceeded, the price will jump considerably, especially for any foreign bidders, please be aware the normal Air Mail weight limit is just 2Kg, above this they will have to go Parcelforce, a much more expensive service. As an example 7 x 78s might exceed this limit therefore would cost about 47.00 for Europe and 67.00 for USA.(GBP)
As a general guide for UK postage prices - 1 x 78 - 4.00, 2 x 78s - 5.95, 3 x 78s - 7.95, 4 x 78s - 8.95, 5 x 78s - 9.95. Examples of foreign shipping, to Europe 1 x 78 - 6.00, 5 x 78s -13.75, Rest Of World 1 x 78 - 8.00, 5 x 78s -22.75, all prices GBP.
I will try and use First Class where there is not much extra price difference. Prices can vary as 78s do not all weigh the same! It is not convenient for potential buyers to come and view records before purchase but collection is welcome from Newcastle Upon Tyne if you are a winning bidder if at all possible, I can hold items for up to three months once they are paid for to facilitate arranging this.
