GOLDEN CUPS - Super Live Session (Japan Capitol Red Vinyl 8009) 1969
Ultra Rare original 1st Pressing on Red Vinyl of their 4th and rarest LP. Recorded Live at Yokohama "Zen" this is probably their best LP , a perfect transition from Heavy Garage to Fuzzed out Bluesy Psych and a killer LP from beginning to end without any of their sappy hits. Supposedly has Shinki Chen helping out on guitar and by the sound of this Lp I would't doubt it. "Born Under a bad sign" "59th Street Bridge Song" a great version of the Artwoods "One More Heartache" , one of the best versions of Donovan's "Season of the Witch" "Zen Blues" a totally fuzzed out instro version of "Gloria" and others.. Original Gatefold cover with amazing Psychedelic artwork is very clean except for the mandatory light age stains on the inside and some small neat writing next to some of the lyrics. Original Red Vinyl LP has typical surface scuffs, hairlines and some light marks so VG visually but once again the playback is fantastic and none of the marks affect play. Insurance is up to the Buyer at an additional cost , Canada is $6 airmail. Overseas costs $12 to Europe for small packet airmail, $13 to Asia and Australia. Additional LP’s are $3 each!
Records are professionally packaged in Standard LP Mailer Boxes with additional cardboard protection. Records are always separated from the covers to prevent any seamsplits during transport.
