SOUTH EAST MUSIC LIMITED 7" JA, matrix: GB 2532/33 A: GLEN RICHARDS AS JAH GLEN DREAD IN A BABYLON (Super-heavy cut to one of Glen Brown's tuffest riddims...the eternal "Mr Harry Skank"/"Dirty Harry"...killer conscious lyrics as to be expected when it comes to Glenroy Richards...what more to say about such a murderous weapon?...it's SUPER-RARE...if you don't know these killer sounds...it's time to get to know... just scroll down...and have a LISTEN...to AUCTION PLAYER!) B: HUNGRYS THIEF IN A THE KITCHEN (Great effects on this heavier-than-lead dub-version...just LISTEN to AUCTION-PLAYER!) ORIGINAL PRESS (NOT A RE-PRESS) FEATURE: AFRICAN DRUMS WAX'N'SOUND: vg+ / sticks (than vg+), A-side shows only light surface marks and some light surface scratches, A-side plays great w/ killer punch + t'ing, pop-a-top sound, some crackle to be expected, B-side has marks at the very start, sticks (and jumps) for the first, say 12-16, rounds, than plays at vg+ w/ gorgeous punch, some light occasional crackle to be expected. Listen to the soundclip, B-side follows A-side and I recorded it as it is. LABEL: shows some general wear, NO writings, some light damages onboth sides - watch the scan, please! Something 'bout Sound + Vision: We shouldn't rely on visual appearance alone (as pretty looks isn’t all as they say) - therefore these records are graded after their visual appearance and their sound quality! I personally prefer a record with crackling but strong sound + punch to one playing clean but with surface noise from the pressing (as we find with re-pressed discs - too - often). Grading records is a very subjective thing but I try hard to be objective as a human being can be (yes indeed, this seller is a human being). THIS IS MY VINYL GRADING SCALE: EX (= really great - EX means "excellent", really...) VG (= nice, if you don't have an excellent one - by the way: VG means "very good"...) G (= playable, but you might find a better one - G means "good", but this term may be a bit euphemistic to reggae-vinyl-novices. Be realistic: a record graded G doesn't jump nor stick, but that's the best I can say about it...) P (= just a collection-filler for the hard-edged + hardest-boiled collectors + selectors + all the rudegals out there - P stands for "poor", yunno...)
