LP : Glatter Wahnsinn - Same

Original German pressing from 1980 on ANVIL RECORDS, ANV 101. Rare private pressing in low quantity. All musicians are no unknowns: W.Karpenkiel & K.Dapper both played on the famous radical 1973 KOLLEKTIV record for the BRAIN label, Daper was also with BRÖSELMASCHINE, Karpenkiel was member of KATAMARAN. Mahr, Karpenkiel & Dapper were members of SUPERSESSION. Mahr also played the keys on and co-wrote the music for the in demand cosmic disco 7 inch “Cosmic Hoffmann – Weltraumboogie”.
Killer kraut-fusion on this one in different facets: latin, bossa, funk, jazzrock and more ! Tasteful Rhodes-, Moog-,Hammond- and other Keyboard-sounds, dope beats and virtuosic guitar. By the way, “Glatter Wahnsinn” translates as “raging (or plain ) madness”. Unfortunately you can only listen to Samba La Bamba on the youtube channel, but the LP has many more great tracks !

Condition: the record looks mint- for the most, there are 2 or 3 tiny superficial only traces, it plays in mint- all of the time.

The cover has tiny residues/wear from a removed price-sticker on both sides ( pretty minimal, see photos ), all seams/spine are intact and without rub, front & back are otherwise fine; overall ex.

Zustand: die LP sieht überwiegend mint- aus, 2 bis 3 kleine nur oberflächlichen Spuren, sie spielt durchgehend in mint- .

Das Cover hat auf der Vorder- und Rückseite Reste bzw. Abschabungen auf Grund je eines entfernten Preisaufklebers ( bitte Fotos anschauen, es ist recht minimal ), alle Kanten sind intakt und ohne Abrieb, Vorder- & Rückseite sind insgesamt schön erhalten; insgesamt in ex. alle Platten habe ich professionell gereinigt und angehört (meist ganz, manchmal in Ausschnitten). Kommen mit neuer Außen- & Innenhülle !

Grading & Cleaning:

• the record has been cleaned on my professional HANNL record cleaning machine

• after that I playgraded it (completely or at least in parts) on my Rega Planar 9, Moving Coil cartridge by EINSTEIN:TU-3 Super Fine Line ( please consider that the playback might differ a bit depending on your own equipment )

• I also visually graded the record in daylight, in normal artificial light & under a strong halogen lamp

• only an unplayed record is mint, the highest grading for a used record is mint- ! My basic gradings are: mint – ex – vg

• cleaned records are stored in a new pro innersleeve and they are placed in a PVC protection-sleeve
