Legendary debut solo album by George Harrison, released on November 1, 1968 in several countries around Europe; of all the 1968 original pressings, this Original German Record Club Pressing is perhaps the most sought after and the most rare.
Unlike the original pressings from other countries, the 1968 German Record Club Pressing was the only one to include the fold-out poster (in addition to the photo insert which was included with all 1968 originals). The poster features a picture of George with his wife, the famous sixties model and mod icon Pattie Boyd (who inspired the George Harrison/Beatles song, "Something" and later the Eric Clapton song, "Layla").
