A couple of weeks ago I went to a remote NSW town and came across a guy who'd been buying prog/folk/psych/blues/R&B LP's for about 40 years. Relentlessly scouring the area. And he'd never sold anything. Except - on that day, he decided to. And he did. And it was thee best collection I'd seen for years. Let's not pretend everything was mint - it's not - but there's some gems in there.

 Virtually every track on this is superb!! - most are originals - Strawberry Jam are a 6-piece psych-folk group with beautiful female vocals (both their tracks are brilliant)...Will & Dave McAulay cover The Uglys' "Wake Up My Mind" in an acid-folk style...both of Jeff Vickers' original tunes are utterly FANTASTIC loner-folk - a whole album of his tunes (like these) would be one of those $1000+ private masterpieces (if only it existed - he did one 7" EP which I've never found)...Threshold are a Seekers-style 4-piece - again, their tunes are excellent...

CONDITION - COVER:  ( VG+[+] )...

CONDITION - RECORD:  ( VG+ )...has a few crackles but is a great LOUD listen still...

CONDITION - LABELS:   (Side One: EX / Side Two: EX )...has a name written lightly and neatly on each label, but both would otherwise be mint....

PACKAGING AND MAILING:  Absolutely ALL care will be taken when packaging this - record and sleeve will be separated to avoid any damage in transit, and both will be packed in a sealed outer light plastic sleeve between layers of strong very flat and thick card - I've been doing this for a while and have attained a good safe packing standard.
