Payment: Paypal preferred, otherwise personal cheque in English Pounds of postal order.

Returns: I believe that most EBay users are honest and trustworthy, that's my experience and if a customer tells me that something is wrong with a delivery then I tend to believe him/her. However, I need proof of damage in order to process claims (very rare indeed!) so a picture of the damage will suffice.

Record Grading: All records are graded in accordance with the standard established by Record Collector. Records are examined under a strong light and I endeavour to provide an accurate description to the potential buyer.

Packaging is our speciality:

All records are professionally packaged using modern mailers and stiffeners. I will post up to four albums per package although that would depend on gatefold sleeves etc. This applies to albums, box sets, 12" and 7" singles irrespective of sold price.

2.65 First Class UK
3.65 First Class Airmail Europe
4.65 First Class - Rest of the world.

Please allow an additional 70p for every other albums. I can generally package 4/5 single albums together.

12" Singles are generally lighter than an average album and the type of paper used for sleeve is usually light card, that makes postage costs lower. Allow 50p for each additional record. 7" mailers are a little more restrictive than 12" mailers so I can only post a maximum of three singles in one package.
