Nice copy of this RARE Zappa album! Early UK pressings of Mothers albums are hard to find but this is by far the rarest in my opinion! This does NOT come with a booklet, most UK pressings did not have booklets, only some of the very early ones came with imported booklets from the US pressing and some also came with a slightly different booklet which was made for their European tour, but that's another story... This one also has the RARE TITLE STICKER on the front - these are usually missing and only came with the earliest run! In the States, Bizarre were distributed by Reprise but when the UK headquarters of Reprise (who were distributed by Pye here at the time) heard this album they freaked out and refused to release it, due to the swearing on some of the dialogue. Transatlantic were the only label that were prepared to release it, and thank the Lord they did! It is a beautiful pressing, and sounds great, and the grooves are also banded, unlike any other pressing of this album. It sold in very small numbers over here at the time, and was not repressed again until years later. There was only one pressing on the Transatlantic label! This is becoming harder and harder to find now! Don't miss out!

Disc 1 is in VG++ condition : plays EX but has a few light marks which do not affect play, sounds great overall

Disc 2 is in EX condition : one or two light marks which do not affect play, sounds great overall

Gatefold sleeve is in VG condition : this has seen better days unfortunately, spine is worn, top edges are worn, bottom edges are worn and have splits, edges are worn, front and back do not look too bad and have some light wear, inside still looks nice

Sticker is in VG+ condition : all intact but creased and has lost most of it's whiteness (as has every other example I have seen)
