Description

This is a rare, limited edition of Franks Sinatra's 16 Capitol albums (originally released 1953-1961) that were re-released in 1983 by Mobile Fidelity Sound Labs ORIGINAL MASTER RECORDING. I purchased this set in May 1983 (naturally just before CD's hit the market in June/July 1983) and only played three of the albums a few times. Albums were played on a Thorens turntable with a perfectly aligned stylus -- I took serious good care of my album collection.

The 16 albums are in excellent, if not like-new condition. The box is numbered 2576 of 17,000. The albums have been stored in a quiet place for many years. In the process of transporting to their current location some minor damage occured on the top hinge section of both flaps. I provided photos of this as it is minor, but important to state nevertheless. Also part of the original is the Geo Disc: a Precision Cartridge Alignment, that exclusively addresses the 3 most important factors of alignment. 1. Proper off-set 2. Proper tracking angle 3. Proper overhang
