Box, sleeve, all inserts, and packaging are all in excellent condition and graded NM- (I'd personally call it a straight NM, but this is subjective, and it's not new, obviously). Please zoom in and look at photos carefully to verify this for yourself. 
Media: Both Discs have been ultrasonically cleaned with a Degritter brand cleaner. Disc 1 (sides 1 and 2) is pristine and plays pristinely Disc 2 (sides 3 and 4) plays excellent with slight, sporadic surface noise. Side 3 has a mark towards the end of the side, running into the deadwax. See the last photo. I have no idea what this is, and this is how the record came. This mark does not affect sound or play.
I think most people interested in this album will be very happy with it, particularly at the price compared to a sealed copy. However, if you are hyper-picky, please do not bid on this. I'm not a professional record seller or photographer. I've made a good-faith effort to describe this item honestly, but I do not accept returns.
This will be packaged very carefully and securely, with bubble wrap, etc. It will not move around in the package.
