Felton Jarvis Talks About Elvis Open-Ended Interview Promo Complete Package
This recording was made in mid-December 1980 as a prelim to an album interview that was to be made the following week with Felton about the newly revamped Guitar Man LP material, that interview unfortunately never came to be as Felton suffered a stroke on 19 Dec. and was hospitalized and passed away at the age of 46 on 3 January 1981. The material on this album is from the original Flowers interview, as it had been recorded on audio tape, and was later enhanced in studio, to create this project.

Disc: Red Label with black print. An Open-Ended interview with Felton Jarvis, mostly discussing the Guitar Man LP. Promotional Issue Only, very good plus condtion with two marks on side a, and a couple of rub marks.
Album plays all the way through on my turntable with no skips.
Cover: White No Printing, excellent condition
Inner Sleeve: White No Printing, excellent condition
Insert 1: Six Pages of script on three sheets, excellent condition
Insert 2: Belt Buckle. Front is Silver and black, with “Elvis.” Back is engraved with the contents of the Guitar Man LP. There are other color buckles that are the same design but only the black one came with this promo set. This buckle is in very good condition with one nick above the “i” in Elvis, and a few rub marks.
Inset 3: Two 8x10 black & white artist drawn photo’s of Elvis from the ‘68 Comeback special, by Harold Borton. Most price guides make no mention of these two pictures, however in the few sets of this package I have obtained, both photos have always been included, and therefore are offered in this listing, excellent condition.
Total package book value of this set without the two photos is listed at $400.00
