Description

 

Here’s the 2nd FUSIOON LP , the mega rare Crocodile cover original Spanish pressing on BELTER 22 809. Very complex arrangements, some symphonic elements but also some more Jazz-prog elements like Nucleus or Soft Machine. Great instrumental progressive with lots of mood and tempo changes. Some strange, but interesting vocal arrangements occur occasionally. In essence the music focuses around melodic guitar and keyboard interplay, but paradoxically there is always a slight dissonance or angularity lurking that gives the music a great ominous feel.  Fusioon sounds like nobody else, but you might hear elements of Gentle Giant, Pulsar and 70's Italian art rock.

Overall quite deserving of its high ranking amidst the most wanted European progressive albums.

This has a rating of 2 stars in Hans pokora record collector dreams vol 4 (page 65) but hardly ever turns up!!
