You are bidding on a MEGA RARE MONSTER FUNK 45 by Rick St. John on Nu-Beat Records RSJ-101. Side 1 is: It Sho’ is Funky Down Here. Side 2 is: Don’t Use Me Baby.  Without a doubt this is the BEST copy ever discovered and to ever see another copy in this great of condition is HIGHLY UNLIKELY.  The ONLY copy ever sold on eBay was VG condition.   Listen to the unedited sound clip to verify the play grade of this AMAZING CLEAN DISK and its KILLER FUNK/SOUL SOUND and RECORDING!  Bid with confidence as this may be a once in a lifetime chance to own such a RARE record IN SUCH AMAZING CONDITION. There is a $1.00 Packaging and handling fee. This $1.00 fee goes towards quality LP, 78 and 45 mailers, stiffeners, new plastic LP and/or 45 sleeves and a new temporary inner sleeve so as to avoid seam splits in the original inner sleeve during transport. In short WE KNOW HOW TO PACK AND SHIP RECORDS SO THEY DON’T GET DESTROYED IN TRANSPORT.  We thank you for respecting the time and effort that goes into making sure your items are shipped properly and that you receive them in the same condition in which they have been advertised.

WITHIN THE UNITED STATES SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:      We DO combine shipping.  Please rate our shipping service based SOLELY on HOW QUICKLY WE GET YOUR PACKAGE IN THE MAIL.  PLEASE GO BY THE DATE THE SHIPPING LABEL IS PRINTED.  DO NOT JUDGE US BASED ON how long it takes the POST OFFICE to DELIVER your package to you.  Remember, we DON’T work for the post office or deliver your packages.  Therefore, if your package takes longer than expected to arrive please STOP AND THINK … then go to USPS.com and leave negative feedback FOR THEM -- NOT US.  We are not responsible for uninsured lost, stolen and/or damaged items.
