Description
Welcome to Heart of Wax - Vinyl online record shop. I shall endeavour to post up as many exciting records up here that I find. Usually all from private collections which I've sourced. I'm happy to post out records to all you lovely people of the United Kingdom. Generally each record is secondhand and has been played. All have been cleaned and listened to by myself. And if there are any faults or defects, I will provide them in an honest description below.

FUCHSIA - FUCHSIA
Original UK pressing 1971. A very rare and special LP. This LP has no cover. Only the LP is present. Get a bargain now on a very rare and highly collectable prog rock record. Priced at a third of the price of the original item!
Fuchsia's first and only self-titled debut album. Formed in 1970, they disbanded after this release. Named after Fuchsia Groan from Mervyn Peake's novels Titus Groan and Gormenghast. they were a folk/rock crossover that had little help from their management in forms of advertising and getting gigs. Kind of something that's going to get you noticed back in 1971. Their music straddled gothic beauty and horror and remains a surreal blend of joy and madness. Their ornate sting arrangements really set them apart from other groups of the time and ought to have bigger than they were. So much promise. For fans of whimsical bands like E.L.O and Syd Barrett era Pink Floyd. A sweet elfin-like-psych folk gem. Elusive to most for many years. And still is. Don't let this get away!
Did this record ever light up the world? No. Is it a record that you can't live without? No. But then again, as it's a rare item - perhaps you have a beat up copy you could replace this with? Perhaps it'll fill that 'F' place on your prog rock shelf? My recommendation for you, the record collector, snap it up for this decent price and challenge yourself to find the original sleeve. In the meantime enjoy the tunes!

Sleeve - not available
LP - VG-Ex - clean. One or two very minor surface marks which do not affect play. In very good condition considering there is no sleeve.
Clean blue Pegasus labels.

Local collection via my house or my record stall (when available) - FREE
I package each record using the 'cardboard and bubble wrap sandwich method.' Sleeve and LP are kept separate within the postage sleeve. It will arrive to your house looking very tasty but please don't attempt to eat it for your dinner. I only recommend popping it on your record player.
INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE
I have offered European and international postage to people on other records which I sell. However one particular continental customer has sent through some horrible feedback and been rather abusive - so I'd prefer to now only ship to somewhere in the UK from here on in. Shame really that we all can't get along. But that's the modern world for you.
It doesn't mean I won't ship abroad but you'll have to send me a message so I can figure out a postage price and whether or not I'm happy to ship this, or any item out to you. Everyone deserves a second chance.
