Description
FRUUPP - Modern Masquerades (Dawn DNLS3070) - LP - 1975
Tracks: Misty Morning Way, Masquerading With Dawn, Gormenghast, Mystery Might, Why, Janet Planet, Sheba's Song.
Beautifully presented original pressing of Fruupp's highly sought-after Modern Masquerades LP, released on the Dawn label in 1975. The vinyl, which is burgundy in colour when held to a bright light (see photo), retains an excellent / near pristine sheen with just a couple of very light superficial surface marks - nothing significant - see descriptions below. Also includes its original four-page insert, which is also in fantastic condition - see description below.
Side One: There are just a few tiny static-type ticks during the very quiet intro of Track 1, thereafter plays like new. Grade - EX improving quickly to EX+ / Near Mint
Side Two: There is just a very occasional tiny static-type tick and a couple of very small / small clicks. Grade - EX
Labels: Both labels are pristine (see photo).
Cover: The edges and corners are still sharp - there are just a few very small, light edge creases, a little light ring-wear to the very bottom portion of the back cover and a very small patch of dried price-sticker residue in the top right-hand corner of the front cover (see photo).
Insert: There are just the very slightest signs of handling (see photos).
