ISLAND RECORDS ILPS-9104. Original Recording 1969. This is the 2nd pressing from 1970.
I saw Free live 5 or 6 times in my youth and they were always one of my favourite bands. No one could make a Les Paul sing like Paul Kossoff and with the bluesy vocals of Paul Rodgers and the incredibly tight rhythm section of Simon Kirke on drums and Andy Fraser on bass, they were amazing.
The vinyl is in excellent condition on each side of the disc.
The pink rim Palm Tree labels on each side are completely clean and undamaged. I can't see any evidence of play around either side of the spindle hole, so I really don't think the record has been played much at all.
The unlaminated gatefold sleeve, printed and made by E. J. Day, London is in excellent condition as well. Very faint sign of a tiny bit of ringwear just starting to show at the top of the rear cover, but it's only just noticeable.
The spine is fabulous and straight and all the printing shows clearly.
Comes with the original light blue island Records inner sleeve which is in excellent condition as well.
The second album from the fabulous band Free in excellent, original condition.

I have been a collector of Vinyl records since the late 1960's and have been selling on eBay for over 12 years. I also sell Music Memorabilia, Die-cast Models, Motoring Memorabilia and interesting items from the 1960's & 1970's, the best decades I feel in my life. I have a huge collection and only sell items of quality that I am proud to own myself. I describe everything honestly and take pride in my feedback and customer comments left for me. I offer a full refund if anything is not up to the standard I have described.
All my records are played and graded by the "Bible" Record Collector's Grading System. Please see below:-
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extras such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
