~The majority of the items we offer are from estates we are handling. The majority of them are antique/collectible, therefore old and most likely used. All items described and sold to the best of our ability and as we see them. We will describe any damage or flaws that we see. If it is new or mint we will describe it as so. 

~Buyer to pay shipping & optional insurance. We always offer insurance and insurance is always recommended. We also will require insurance on certain auctions. If an item is not insured and lost or broken it is not our responsibility. We pack well and have had very few problems.~ (3 LOST IN ALMOST 5000 TRANSACTIONS)~ But in no way can we control an item once it is mailed~

 We will contact the winning bidder within 48 hours of the auction close. Payment then to be received within 10 days. The item will be relisted if payment not received within the time stated. We hate to leave NEGATIVE feedback but because of the number of non-paying bidders lately we will be forced to do so, if you do not respond to our e-mails or do not send payment within the required time.~We reserve the right to cancel bids on our auctions if the bidder has excessive negative feedback~EXAMPLE: less than 25 positives with more than 2 negatives~We reserve the right to cancel bids and/or close an auction at any time~
