Back in the 1980s I collected a total of 19 Zappa vinyl boots. I will be listing all of them simultaneously. I can make no specific claim as to how well they play because, frankly, I think none of them has been played more than once - I was really just collecting them for the sleeves and for the sake of it! If I bought them as new, therefore, they will be practically mint. If I bought them second-hand they will still have been unplayed for at least the last 25-30 years. Any specific description of each record will follow hereafter:

2-record set from 1978. Cat No. L2S-8. There are some definite marks that look like they will impair the sound. There is also some pronounced mottling that I cannot identify. If I had to take a guess I'd say it may have something to do with the humidity the record was kept at before I owned it. Both inner sleeves are split and the records themselves fit very tightly within the outer sleeve, which is not fully sound on all edges. Still a fabulous sleeve pic though! I'm sure if you Google the album you will be able to see the famous pic of FZ being hoisted up by a bevy of delightful, if somewhat scantily-clad, young ladies.
