TRACKS: INTERVIEW WITH FRANK LLOYD WRIGHT RECORDED JUNE 5, 1956This is an extremely rare record of Frank Lloyd Wright being interviewed. The record is in extremely nice condition. There are no visible scratches or scuffs and I would say that it looks practically unplayed. It is a very solid VG+ bordering on NM. Cover has some light ringwear on the back and some slight edgewear at the top. There ar no seam splits, though there is a crease in the lower left corner as you can see in the photos. The labels have some light wrinkling as seen in the photos. Original inner sleeve is in very nice condition. This is a very fine example of this very rare LP.

I grade all my vinyl visually and needle drop on some of the discs. I garantee all the vinyl 100% and will refund cost of vinyl minus shipping as long as it is returned to me in the condition that it was sent in. I use the Goldmine standard for grading, which basically goes:
NM is my highest rating for unsealed records. Vinyl is clean with no or minimal (sometimes evident in pressings) visual marks.
VG+ means there are some light marks that play through fine or have very minimal sound.
VG is a bit more visually scuffed, but still playing enjoyably.
VG- has visual marks and they are audible, though there are no skips and the vinyl is still pleasurable.
G and lower: I usually don't list stuff like this unless it's really rare MONO pressings or something similar.
