Beginning October 2008 eBay has introduced "Maximum Shipping Costs" to apply to all sellers (including those based outside the US ) - which does not even nearly covers the actual Shipping and Handling.

As I am based outside the US - in Portugal -  buyers should note that the shipping cost is higher than the mandatory $3 or $4. Please check description AND WAIT FOR INVOICE BEFORE PAYMENT.
