Original 1980 US release on Subterranean Records (catalog # SUB 03), with all four inserts.Recorded live February 24, 1980. This show is also available as a live VHS video from Target Video. The record has separate front and back covers and comes with a folded 17 x 11" insert for each artist and an 8.5 x 11" insert about the release and the label. All inserts are present.
