BRISTOLS No.1 RARE RECORD SHOP *Item for sale* FLEETWOOD MAC ~ Then play on ~ UK REPRISE STEAMBOAT RSLP9000
This is a very clean UK pressing of Fleetwood Mac "Then play on".
Opinion seems divided as to whether this particular issue was for export or not, it is
certainly a quite confusing hybrid of the first UK issued press and later issues. The front
cover states RSLP9000, the top right rear cover states RESLP9000, with a sticker stating
K44103 (RSLP9000). The label is the original steamboat design with RSLP9000 matrix.
The matrix and stampers in the dead wax are no less confusing, stating:
RSLP 9000 A1-H 1 K44103 A KT / RSLP 9000 B1-H D 2 K44103 B
Thankfully, a description of its condition is a simpler task. The cover is beautifully glossy
and clean, with just the odd light crease on the front cover and none on the rear. The
labels are spotless, whilst the vinyl itself has barely been played, virtually mint.
