FIRST CHIPS - "Volume I, A Collection of Early Recordings from Clay Pidgeon Productions". (clay pidgeon cpp-sfcu1; stereo; 1972). Very good private raw blues rock psych, avant folk rock LP, from Chicago, Illinois. A collection of songs featuring VYTO BELESKA and various musicians he recorded with from 1970 - 1972, with one solo cut from 1964 and one 'Live' cut from 1971. Very garagy production. Only 500 copies pressed, distributed personally by Beleska. Players: Vyto Beleska- guitars, bass, percussion, vocals; Gary Greenberg- guitars, vocals; Ed Westphal- bass, guitars, vocals; Arvy Tumosa- bass, Ted Adanek- drums; Denny Murray, Gene Lynch- bass; Darick Nava- drums. Cuts: "Stoneball, Present song of the future past, Me and my lady, Pieces, Time (part one) (recorded in 1964), My love, Fire mountain, Thoughts of you, My world and your world, Mind and soul (8:31) (recorded live at Tinley Park High School in Chicago 12/18/71), Love has happened again".
