COVER: NMINT- (multi flap die cut cover, still sealed in the original shrink wrap, the shrink has torn in one corner near the opening that has a little wear in that corner)
VINYL: MINT (unopened and unplayed)
NOTE: this LP is in nearly pristine condition and came from the estate of a local radio station owner here in Omaha, I could not find another sealed copy being sold in the last ten years.
