The record has extremely minimal light/faint surface marks and extremely minimal light/faint paper scuffs(all hairline and superficial marks). Both labels have extremely minimal spindle marks. Looks barely played.  It grades excellent plus condition.

The laminate fold-out sleeve has extremely minimal edge wear(barely noticeable!). Extremely minimal corner wear(barely noticeable!).Minimal ring wear & creasing(barely noticeable!). The laminate is slightly coming away on the inside. There is some slight fading down the spine. There is a tiny pin-hole on the top left corner. No splits. No tears. It grades excellent condition.
