Description
This is an overall fine original U.K. pressing copy of a 1990 LP by British post-punk group the Fall. The record includes the singles "Telephone Thing" and "Popcorn Double Feature" (the latter a cover of a 1967 Searchers single) along with several other catchy songs and a second cover, "Black Monk Theme Part 1," originally recorded in the mid-'60s in Germany by American ex-pat GIs the Black Monks. The jacket's flaws are around the edges: a 4½”split in the top seam with some tearing around it, a small tear at the bottom seam on the back cover, and light creasing along the spine, seams, and edge (VG). The disc has some wispy hairline scraping and light scuffing, and plays with surface noise at the start of both sides, and otherwise with occasional light surface noise (EX). The record comes with a custom inner sleeve (EX+).
I’m in the process of selling off a large personal collection amassed over two decades. All discs have been stored in plastic lined inner sleeves separate from their sleeves. The sleeves have been stored in plastic sleeves. I have play graded (spot checked) discs except where otherwise noted.
