Here's your chance to own a piece of history!

This is the very first release on Manchester's legendary Factory label, featuring their flasgship band, Joy Division. Also on this release, tracks recorded by the original punk-flavored lineup of The Durutti Column, label friends John Dowie, and Sheffield up-and-comers Cabaret Voltaire. This record was released in 1978 in a limited edition of 5000 and packaged by hand.

The sleeve is not in prime shape. The plastic coating and the sticker sheet are gone. This is a genuine article, however, as the records themselves are intact and have the proper markings. This is NOT a bootleg or "reissue." The actual sleeve sheet is intact, but the records are repackaged into their own cardboard sleeves for better preservation. Sound quality is a little rough, but no skips.
