Grading
NM
The record shows no obvious signs of wear.
EX
Record surfaces will show signs of slight wear with very slight scuffs or very light scratches that don't affect one's listening experiences. You should have no visual or audio issues with EX, EX- or EX+.
VG
Many of the defects found in a EX record will be more pronounced in a VG record. Surface noise may be evident upon playing, especially in soft passages and during a song's intro and fade, but will not overpower the music otherwise. Visually, records will have multiple or many light scuffs, marks and/or light to significant scratches. You should have no visual or audio issues with a VG+ graded record. I will make note of any deep scratches or scuffs that affect the sound quality.
G
The record will play through without skipping but will have significant surface noise and many visible scratches and scuffs.
