Up for auction is this RARE FIRST PRESSING Elvis Presley album, TV Guide Presents Elvis. Released in about 1975 this was the first Elvis album of this nature to be in shrink wrap. This was super fan Paul Dowling's first of what would be about 25 releases and they set the standard. Also of note is that shortly after release, Paul was issued a cease and desist order not from RCA but from TV Guide because he used their logo. This album was a harbinger of what was to come as far as Dowling releases. A super front cover photo with rare songs and interviews that hadn't been available to Elvis collectors at that time to the extensive liner notes.
