Pre-Owned - Elvis Presley is the undisputed King of Rock and Roll. He rose from humble circumstances to launch the rock and roll revolution with his commanding voice and charismatic stage presence, Presley redefined popular music. The record is in very good condition, and sleeve too is in very good condition. The record will be mailed in a safe and secure delivery system.
Record was acquired from an Estate sale. Record is in nice vintage condition. Record looks to have been very well kept, minor if any scratches. Nothing that would impede the playing of the record. Great find for the Elvis Collector...

Payments: Payments are accepted via PayPal only. You must have a confirmed shipping address for payments via PayPal. Payments must be received within (3) days - (72) hours of auction end time. Payment not received within this time frame will be relisted or offered as a Second-Chance Offer to another Ebay bidder. A Cancel Transaction Notification will be submitted to Ebay for your non-payment of the auction listing.

Shipping: Items ship within (3) business days of cleared payment. Tracking / Delivery Confirmation is provided on all shipments. Signature Delivery is required on all purchases $250.00 and above. We do offer combined shipping on multiple purchases - cost will vary based on weight, size and items won - please inquire as to final cost.
Handling Cost: All items purchased at auction that require shipment include a $1.00 per item handling cost. This cost is for packaging materials and is included in the total shipping costs. Handling cost does not apply to local pickups.
Local Pickups: We do offer local pickup of items won at auction. Payment rules apply as stated previously - only PayPal accepted for payment. Please contact our business advising us that you would like to pickup the item(s) - we will forward an updated invoice (minus the shipping costs). Please schedule your pickup within (7) days of auction payment.

We offer a (14) Day "Money Back Guarantee" on all auction items - unless listed "As-Is" - No Refunds / Returns.
Please contact us within (14) days of receiving damaged / defective merchandise so we may initiate the return process. Returns will not be accepted without contact to our business explaining the reason for the return. At such time, we will advise on the proper procedures for return of the item.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns (unless item has been deemed defective / damaged in transit).
Return items must be returned in the original condition as purchased will all accessories, manuals, etc.. Once the item is received - we will verify the item / condition as sent to you, then at such time the refund will be processed. Refunds will be processed back to your PayPal account.
Will you end a listing early? We do not end our listings early - all of our listings will end at the auction end time to the highest bidder.
What is the history of an item? We sell a mix of new and pre-owned items. Most of our items we are unaware of the history of the item unless otherwise noted in the description. We thoroughly evaluate and test every pre-owned item up for auction. All items are guaranteed to be fully functional unless stated otherwise.
